Sea Turtles (leather backs) love the Caribbean.  If you're lucky enough to be here when they nest & even more so when they hatch, you're in for a rare treat!

 

These Turtles are hand carved from marble.  They are not made in Puerto Rico but they sure are pretty!--and they are still hand crafted!

 

The large turtle has a Coconut Shell top, which comes off to hold small items inside, like keys or rings.  Hand painted and applied with sand.

The smaller turtles are new little 'hatchlings' carved from marble.
